In other coastal localities such as Binh Son commune, Tra Cau ward, or areas at risk of landslides such as Son Ha commune, Ba Vi commune... the evacuation of people is also being urgently implemented.
According to the Quang Ngai Provincial Irrigation Department, by 9:00 a.m. the same day, the whole province had evacuated a total of 5,545 households with 18,297 people to safety.
Specifically, the eastern part of the province has evacuated 3,575 households with 10,888 people (xen combined with 2,637 households/8,139 people; 902 households/2,749 people). The western area of the province has 1,970 households with 7,409 people relocated (xen merged 96 households/451 people; concentrated 1,874 households/6,958 people).

Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee - said that on the morning of November 6, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Party Committees of communes, wards and special zones to focus on leading and directing the response to storm No. 13.

The Provincial Party Committee also requested to postpone all unnecessary meetings and conferences during the storm to focus on prevention work.
