In the Ho Sau group area, Dong Ram village, on September 9, functional forces of the Military Command of Dang Thuy Tram commune discovered a martyr's remains. Because the grave has been in the ground for many years, near the stream, the remains have decomposed strongly and are no longer intact. At the scene, there is still a part of a soldier's hammock made of felt and rubber bands on the waistband.

Continuing to expand the search in the Dong Ram group area, Dong Ram village, with a total excavated area of about 250m2 in the two days of September 9 and 10. 9, functional forces discovered 2 more martyrs' remains, along with some artifacts such as soldier hammocks, parachute ropes and buttons. The remains after being collected were brought into the coffin, handed over to the Culture and Social Department of Dang Thuy Tram commune for preservation at the waiting house according to regulations. Functional agencies continue to take steps to verify and handle further.

According to information from witnesses, in the Sim Hill area, belonging to Dong Ram group, there were previously about 12 graves buried in 3 rows, suspected to be the remains of soldiers, police and guerrillas who sacrificed around 1968-1969. Meanwhile, in the Ho Sau area, witnesses said there was a martyr's grave that sacrificed around 1973, belonging to the 3rd Sao Vang Division.

Currently, Dang Thuy Tram commune continues to coordinate with functional forces to expand searches at locations with relevant information, with the determination to search for all martyrs' remains according to information provided by the people.
