On September 27, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nham Xuan Sy - Deputy Director of the Quang Ngai Provincial Hydrometeorological Station commented that storm Bualoi is likely to affect the sea area of Quang Ngai, with little chance of affecting the mainland. Therefore, fishing vessels operating at sea need to quickly find a safe shelter.
Mr. Bui Duc Thai - Deputy Head of the Irrigation Department - said that the whole province has 6,422 ships. As of noon on September 27, the number of ships operating in the sea areas was 324 ships/3,835 workers. The number of ships still in the storm danger zone is 26 (ships are moving to take shelter).

The Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to proactively respond to storm Bualoi, focusing on reviewing and counting all ships and vehicles operating at sea and along the coast.
Require all ships and boats operating in the North and Central East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone), the sea area from Quang Ngai to the North to urgently move immediately, exit the danger zone or enter a safe anchorage area.
All types of ships at sea are prohibited from operating (including passenger transport on the Sa Ky - Ly Son route, the Da Lon - Da Be route and vice versa) from 5:00 p.m. on September 27, 2025 until the weather is stable.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Doan - Director of Sa Ky Port Management Board - said that from this afternoon, passenger transport activities on the Sa Ky - Ly Son route will be temporarily suspended.
The Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command has urgently organized a call for boats to enter storm shelters, prohibit going to sea; coordinate with the special forces to count and support fishermen to come to the wharf to tie their vehicles.
Major Nguyen Van Khanh - Deputy Head of Ly Son Border Guard Station - said that, together with implementing preventive measures, the unit has assigned forces to be mobilized to be ready to respond to situations that arise. Assign working groups and teams to go to the area to coordinate with local authorities and vehicle owners to support anchoring and arranging boats and cages at Ly Son fishing port.
