All types of ships at sea are prohibited from operating (including passenger transport on the Sa Ky - Ly Son route, the Da Lon - Da Be route and vice versa) from 5:00 p.m. on September 27, 2025 until the weather is stable.

Complete the work of calling ships, boats, and cages to anchor before 5:00 p.m. on September 27, 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Doan - Director of Sa Ky Port Management Board - said that from this afternoon, passenger transport activities on the Sa Ky - Ly Son route will be temporarily suspended.

The Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command has urgently organized a call for boats to enter storm shelters, prohibit going to sea; coordinate with the special forces to count and support fishermen to come to the wharf to tie their vehicles.

Major Nguyen Van Khanh - Deputy Head of Ly Son Border Guard Station - said that, together with implementing preventive measures, the unit has assigned forces to be mobilized to be ready to respond to situations that arise. Assign working groups and teams to go to the area to coordinate with local authorities and vehicle owners to support anchoring and arranging boats and cages at Ly Son fishing port.
