It is expected to arrange 4 Management Boards including the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board; Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board; Traffic, Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board; Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board and Rural Development - into 3 Boards.

At the same time, receive Project Management Boards of communes in the western area of Quang Ngai province (old Kon Tum province) to establish Project Management Boards of areas under the Provincial Project Management Boards.
The time to complete the projects and report to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs) before December 15, 2025 for consideration and submission to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for approval before implementation.

The above four Committees are all units that are investors in key projects and large projects in Quang Ngai province that are being implemented. The Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board alone has been the investor of 10 projects with a total investment capital of more than VND 10,000 billion.
