Notably, foreign-invested enterprises are leading in the level of bonuses for the New Year and Lunar New Year 2025 in the province. The highest bonus for the New Year is 100 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND; for the Lunar New Year 2025, this group of enterprises will give the highest bonus of 166 million VND, the lowest is 500,000 VND.
The average bonus at enterprises with 100% foreign capital, joint stock companies with controlling capital contributions from the State, private enterprises, and enterprises with foreign investment in the province ranges from 400,000 VND to nearly 10 million VND. At enterprises with 100% foreign capital, the highest New Year bonus is 18.9 million VND, the lowest is 1 million VND. The highest Lunar New Year bonus is 18.9 million VND and the lowest is 1 million VND.
The expected New Year bonus at enterprises with State-controlled shares and capital contributions is the highest at 20 million VND and the lowest at 200,000 VND. The highest Lunar New Year bonus is 50 million VND and the lowest is 300,000 VND.
The New Year bonus at private enterprises has a big difference with the highest bonus being 15 million VND, the lowest being 100,000 VND, the average being 400,000 VND. The highest Lunar New Year bonus is 120 million VND and the lowest is 500,000 VND.
This year's Tet bonus in Quang Ngai province has many fluctuations depending on the type of enterprise. In particular, foreign-invested enterprises still lead in terms of high bonuses, especially during the Lunar New Year season.
According to preliminary statistics, the Lunar New Year and Lunar New Year bonuses for 2025 at enterprises in Quang Ngai province have increased significantly compared to 2024. The increase in Tet bonuses is not only a result of economic growth but also reflects the concern and sharing of enterprises for employees, helping employees feel secure during Tet.
