Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has just issued a decision approving a list of 1,163 subjects of staff streamlining in 2025, applicable to part-time workers at the commune level who retire immediately according to the provisions of Decree No. 154/2025/ND-CP dated June 15, 2025 of the Government on staff streamlining. Specifically as follows:
Quang Ngai City: 180 subjects
Duc Pho Town: 91 subjects
Binh Son District: 88 subjects
Son Tinh District: 70 subjects
Tu Nghia District: 73 subjects
Nghia Hanh District: 72 subjects
Mo Duc District: 116 subjects
Tra Bong District: 148 subjects
Son Tay District: 50 subjects
Son Ha District: 106 subjects
Minh Long District: 38 subjects
Ba To District: 131 subjects
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province assigned the Chairmen of the People's Committees of new communes and wards (including non-professional commune-level workers who retire immediately) to be responsible for issuing decisions on immediate leave for cases approved in this Decision. At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies and units to inspect, review, estimate funding and send documents to the Department of Finance for appraisal.
Assign the Department of Finance to inspect, appraise, and advise the Provincial People's Committee to arrange funding to implement policies and regimes for the subjects approved in this Decision to retire immediately in accordance with current regulations.
