The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1384/QD-UBND approving the list of streamlined personnel in 2026 for 564 non-specialized commune-level personnel according to the provisions of Decree No. 154/2025/ND-CP of the Government.
To ensure the rights of workers, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones with personnel subject to streamlining to issue specific resignation decisions for each individual.
Localities are responsible for presiding over and coordinating to accurately review working time and early retirement time to calculate allowance levels and prepare cost estimates and pay according to regulations.
The streamlining of non-specialized personnel at the commune level aims to streamline the apparatus, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, and reduce the pressure of recurrent expenditures. At the same time, solve the problem of redundancy due to the arrangement of administrative units, contributing to building a truly quality grassroots cadre team, meeting the requirements of new tasks.
