Thanh Hoa - Rising floodwaters have caused a section of National Highway 1A through Hoat Giang commune to be deeply flooded, trucks have difficulty moving, and cars cannot circulate.

According to records of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, on the morning and noon of September 17, on National Highway 1A, passing through Hoat Giang commune, Thanh Hoa province, deep flooding occurred, affecting the traffic of vehicles.

The flooded location is in front of the gate of Venus Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd., stretching about 200m, affecting both directions of traffic.

Due to deep flooding, functional forces have guided small vehicles to choose other routes to move. Only some large trucks can move slowly through the flooded area.

According to records, by noon of the same day, because the water at the flooded point was still high, many cars and motorbikes had to choose small roads in residential areas to avoid the flooded section of National Highway 1A.
