The contractor will barricade a part of Xuan Tao street (section from the intersection of DT4 road to Hoang Quoc Viet road) to urgently construct an underground sluice gate to prevent waterlogging.
Hanoi Department of Construction said that the unit has just issued a plan to divert and organize traffic to ensure safety during the construction of a part of the drainage route from DT4 road of Tay Ho Tay Urban Area to Hoang Quoc Viet road.
The above item belongs to the project of urgently investing in the construction of renovation, upgrading and new construction of a number of drainage works, handling flooding in the Resco, Ecohome, Tay Ho Tay, Diplomatic Corps, Ciputra areas and along Vo Chi Cong road, expanding to Long Bien, Dong Anh, Gia Lam areas.
According to the traffic organization plan, the Xuan Tao road section from DT4 Tay Ho Tay Urban Area to Hoang Quoc Viet will be fixedly barricaded for rolling construction in sections about 20m long and 3m wide. The remaining road surface width is an average of 12m; the section leading to Nguyen Van Huyen overpass is about 9m, ensuring traffic through the construction area.
The Hanoi Department of Construction requests the contractor to construct in a rolling manner each section, restore the temporary road surface structure (to the rough paving layer) and ensure the connection height between sections for traffic safety. Only after the barriers are recovered will the next section be moved to construction.
