Hanoi - On the evening of March 30, a male student fell from the upper floor of an apartment building to the ground and died on the spot. Functional agencies are investigating and clarifying the cause of the incident.

At about 7:45 pm, in building A, My Dinh 789 apartment building on Tran Quoc Hoan street, Tu Liem ward, Hanoi city, a male student fell from a high floor to the ground and did not survive.

According to local people, the victim, who was in 10th grade, fell from the 8th floor to the ground and died on the spot.

Immediately after the incident occurred, Tu Liem Ward Police coordinated with rescue and medical forces to quickly arrive at the scene for emergency treatment. However, the victim did not survive.

Recorded at the scene, functional forces have blockaded the area to serve the examination and investigation of the cause of the incident.

According to Ms. L.A. T. (resident of the apartment building), people could not help but be shocked when they discovered the male student in trouble. "It is unclear why this painful incident happened," Ms. T. said.

Leaders of Tu Liem Ward People's Committee confirmed the incident and said that the police agency is urgently investigating and clarifying the cause.
