Mr. Pham Hong Hai - Deputy Director of the Social Housing Enterprise, Head of Election Team No. 15, Thien Loc commune (Hanoi City) - said that this polling area has the characteristic that most voters are workers living in social housing areas, including households temporarily residing.
Therefore, preparations for the election day were deployed quite early and thoroughly.
In addition to direct propaganda forms, the election team also takes advantage of information channels such as Zalo groups of buildings and residential groups to disseminate information.
Election team officials also went to each apartment to guide, explain, and help people learn about candidates, thereby selecting delegates with heart, virtue, and ability to represent the will and aspirations of voters.

Also according to Mr. Hai, Election Team No. 15 has a total of 443 voters. Of which, about 370 people are permanent residents, and more than 70 people are temporary residents, mainly workers working in industrial parks.
Due to the specific nature of many workers working in shifts, the election team proactively deployed many flexible forms of propaganda, from announcements at buildings to directing officials to each apartment to issue voter cards and provide specific instructions.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi - a worker at Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd., from Hung Yen, said that this is the third time he has participated in elections at his workplace.

From early morning, he was present at polling station No. 15 to exercise the rights and obligations of a citizen.
Sharing about the moment of holding the ballot in his hand, Mr. Hoi could not hide his pride and emotion. For him, each time participating in the election is not only a responsibility but also an honor to contribute his voice to selecting delegates representing the will and aspirations of the people.

He expressed his wish that his vote would contribute to electing delegates who are truly concerned about the lives of workers, especially workers far from home.
According to him, if there are more practical policies, especially social housing projects for workers, then workers like him will have the opportunity to settle down, feel secure and stick with their jobs and lives in the Capital for a long time.
Mr. Ho Hai Quan has been attached to work as a worker at Thang Long Industrial Park (Hanoi) for 15 years, currently working at Hoya Vietnam Co., Ltd.
For him, each election is not only the responsibility of a citizen but also an opportunity to send the trust and expectations of workers. Mr. Quan said that before the voting day, he spent time reading and learning quite carefully about the candidates.

Because according to him, his vote needs to be carefully considered to choose truly worthy delegates. He expressed hope that his vote will contribute to electing delegates who are dedicated, responsible and especially understand the lives of workers.
From that understanding, delegates can make practical policies, especially on salary and income policies, so that workers can feel secure in their work, stabilize their lives and be attached to the business for a long time.
