Tan Thai Golf Course Sports Area, Dai Tu District, invested by Tan Thai Golf Joint Stock Company with a capital of nearly 600 billion VND, will be implemented from mid-2023 and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
Deployed on a scale of 84.2 hectares with an 18-hole golf course designed according to international standards and auxiliary items. This is also the golf course with the largest total investment and area in Thai Nguyen province up to now.
On December 5, the reporter noted that after more than 1 year of construction, the golf course sports complex is gradually taking shape. At the construction site, many workers and machinery were mobilized to level mountains and hills to create a flat surface and rough shape for the golf course.
Mr. Ly Van Hai - a worker at the project said that the implementation process is going relatively smoothly, currently the project site is being urgently constructed and leveled.
"Construction activities are taking place continuously and urgently. The terrain is mountainous and interspersed, so the excavation and filling volume is large. According to the schedule, grass planting and landscaping will begin in early 2024," said Mr. Hai.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Hai Ha - Chairman of Tan Thai Commune People's Committee informed that the progress of the Golf Course Sports Area project is still guaranteed and exceeds the set plan. This is a key project contributing to completing the criteria to bring Tan Thai commune to a ward by 2030.
"The construction unit is currently clearing the site, and the site clearance is going quite well. With the current progress, it is expected to be completed in April 2025.
It is expected that after completion, this golf course project will promote tourism, contribute to local job creation, increase budget revenue, and develop the local socio-economy," said the commune leader.

In Decision No. 222/QD-TTg dated March 14, 2023, the Prime Minister approved the Planning of Thai Nguyen province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, this locality will have 13 golf courses.
In particular, Tan Thai Golf Course Sports Area is the first project approved for investment by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province after the Prime Minister approved the Provincial Planning.
