The project to build landscape infrastructure in the central stage area of the festival (Phan Bung hill) - Hung Temple historical relic area was approved by the Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee from June 1, 2026, according to Decision No. 1761/QD-UBND.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of nearly 20 billion VND invested by the Phu Tho Regional Project Management Board.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Phu Tho Regional Project Management Board recently issued a decision approving the contractor selection results of Package No. 03: Construction of the project.
According to the decision, winning the above-mentioned construction package with a price of 18,131,686,000 VND - lower than the estimated price by just over 13 million VND (estimated at 18,145,297,000 VND) is Phuong Nam Construction and Mechanical Joint Stock Company.
Thus, the above-mentioned contractor will construct the Landscape Infrastructure Construction project in the central festival stage area (Phan Bung hill) - Hung Temple historical relic area.
According to technical requirements, the project will invest in construction, renovation, repair and embellishment of architectural works and technical infrastructure, landscape of the central festival stage area (area of 8,245.0 m2) and the Landscape of the Land of the Mountains and Rivers Festival area (2,542 m2).
The items include: leveling ground, landscape garden, decorative lighting, power supply system, water supply and drainage... are designed synchronously.
The deadline for the contractor - Phuong Nam Construction and Mechanical Joint Stock Company to carry out construction and installation of the project is 150 days.
According to reporters' records on the morning of July 7, the above-mentioned area in particular, and the panoramic view of the Hung Temple historical relic in general, are currently quite deserted, bringing a feeling of tranquility and sacredness.
It can be seen that the central stage of the festival is being paved with stone, adjacent to a large ceramic relief, surrounded by rows of trees and green hills...
Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - a resident of Hy Cuong commune - shared: "The renovation of infrastructure and landscape of the central festival stage area, in my opinion, is reasonable, because most pilgrims of Hung Temple all pass through it, hoping that the project will create more highlights for the landscape of the relic site".
Previously, the Phu Tho Regional Project Management Board also implemented the project to repair and embellish the landscape infrastructure of the Hung Kings Temple historical relic with a total investment of more than 125 billion VND.
For the above project, Phuong Nam Construction and Mechanical Joint Stock Company is also the contractor that won Package No. 23: Construction and installation of equipment for the remaining items of the project, winning price of nearly 62.4 billion VND from the end of 2025, construction period of 360 days.
