To ensure the rights and obligations of voters, Bai Chay ward has coordinated with accommodation establishments to review the number of tourists, propagate and guide tourists on the process and nearest polling location; and at the same time compile a list of itinerant voters who need to participate in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

According to a representative of Citadines Hotel (Bai Chay ward), based on room booking information and the actual needs of tourists, the unit will compile the voter list before 3 pm on March 14 to send to the ward election committee, ensuring the rights of voters.
Election teams are also trained in skills to guide passersby, especially the registration of changes in voting locations through the VNeID electronic identification application.
Mr. Dao Dinh Chi - Secretary, Head of neighborhood 9A, Head of Election Team No. 8, Bai Chay ward - said that the election team will arrange forces ready to welcome and guide tourists to participate in voting. Mr. Le Van Thang - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, Member of the Bai Chay Ward Election Committee - said that the locality has prepared 18 auxiliary ballot boxes at 18 polling stations and 6 additional reserve ballot boxes to serve cases where voters cannot come to the polling station, such as voters being treated as inpatients at Bai Chay Hospital or tourists who need to vote at hotels and ports.
The locality also arranged support forces to ensure that voters exercise their voting rights smoothly, without affecting their travel schedules.
