From March 11-12, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with trade unions of communes and wards to organize propaganda classes to disseminate the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies at all levels; propagate the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress to union members, workers, and laborers.
The training classes were organized in Dong Mai ward, Quang Yen ward, Uong Bi ward and Quang Ha commune, attracting 250 delegates who are trade union officials, workers, and laborers from more than 60 businesses in industrial parks and clusters to participate.
At the training classes, delegates were disseminated the basic points of the law on the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels; election procedures and principles; rights and obligations of voters.
Delegates also exchanged some contents related to propaganda and mobilization of union members and workers to participate in elections.
The conference also thoroughly grasped the core contents of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, clarified the goals, tasks, and development orientations in the coming time, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of trade union officials, union members, and workers in implementing socio-economic development tasks.
Through propaganda classes, union members and workers have improved their awareness and sense of law compliance, actively participated in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, contributing to ensuring that the election takes place democratically, in accordance with the law, safely and effectively.
