On August 5, Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) said that the commune had organized a conference to listen to reports on the plan to enforce land recovery to implement projects and the plan to remedy the consequences for cases of violations of land law in the area.
At the conference, Mr. Tran Van Hoa - Deputy Head of the Economic Department of the commune reported on the plan to enforce land recovery for cases of land law violations in the area. According to the report, preparation work has been implemented in accordance with legal procedures.
Regarding land recovery for project implementation, focus on handling 2 key projects: the 42m trunk road project connecting from Tuan Chau - Quoc Oai tourist ring road to provincial road 419 (forcibly recovering 275.2 m2 of land, expected on August 14, 2026) and the project to renovate and upgrade people's roads from the central auction area to the old Huong Ngai commune central kindergarten (expected to be held on August 27, 2026).
In addition, the Commune People's Committee will organize coercion to remedy the consequences for 16 cases of land violations (including 10 corrugated iron workshops, 3 houses, 2 fences and 1 waste dumping site) in the Huu Bang, Canh Nau and Di Nau areas.
The expected implementation time is in 2 days, August 14 and August 15. 2026.
In the discussion, delegates focused on assessing the implementation progress, reviewing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process; and at the same time proposing solutions to complete legal documents, strengthen propaganda and mobilization, prepare sufficient forces and means, ensure security and order and close coordination between agencies and units in the coercion organization process.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Luong - Vice Chairman of Tay Phuong Commune People's Committee requested specialized units to review and complete all legal documents, and continue to promote propaganda and mobilization for people to voluntarily comply. At the same time, the Commune Police force and the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board need to proactively develop plans, forces and vehicles, and closely coordinate to ensure absolute safety and maintain security and order throughout the implementation process.
