Implementing the National Program on Energy Saving and Efficiency Use for the period 2019-2030 (VNEEP3), in order to promote communication activities to raise community awareness about energy saving and efficiency use, the Ministry of Industry and Trade organizes the online contest "Learning about energy saving, responding to Earth Hour 2026 Campaign".
The contest aims to promote propaganda and disseminate knowledge about energy saving, electricity saving, and environmental protection; and at the same time help raise awareness and consciousness of the community in energy saving and environmental protection.
All Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living, studying and working at home and abroad can participate in the contest.
The contest is organized to promote the task of propaganda and dissemination of knowledge about energy saving, electricity saving, and environmental protection; raising community awareness and consciousness in energy saving and environmental protection; and at the same time responding to the Earth Hour 2026 Campaign.
The contest is designed in the form of multiple-choice questions, choosing the correct answer, and is conducted online on the technical infrastructure platform of the website of the National Program on energy saving and efficiency: https://tietkiemnangluong. com. vn/. The contest is divided into 3 phases, starting from 6:00 AM on March 21, 2026 to 12:00 PM on April 11, 2026. After each exam, the Organizing Committee will award 5 prizes to the 5 best contestants. Among them, the contestant with the highest result will receive a prize worth 3,000,000 VND/prize; the remaining 4 people, each person will receive a prize worth 1,000,000 VND/prize.
