At about 1:45 PM on June 26th, at Km296+400, provincial road 115, passing through Pa Ngay village, Bo Sinh commune, Son La province, a road surface landslide occurred, affecting traffic.
According to initial information, the eroded road section is about 15m long. Soil and rocks along with soft guardrails were swept down into the stream, causing damage to the road surface and partially cutting off traffic through the area.

Currently, vehicles such as cars and motorbikes can still travel through the landslide location at a slow speed. However, trucks and tractor trucks cannot move through this area, causing local congestion for vehicles with large tonnage.
Immediately after receiving the news, the road management unit sent forces to the scene, stretched ropes, and placed warning signs to ensure traffic safety. At the same time, organized to inspect the current situation and develop a plan to overcome and soon restore traffic on the route.
The initial cause was determined to be due to the impact of prolonged rain, accompanied by weak soil foundation causing landslides of taluy and part of the road surface foundation.
