On the morning of November 7, the rain and winds stopped but the floodwaters continuously poured in, causing severe flooding in Ayun Pa ward and some communes along the Ba River.
In Ayun Pa ward, the Ben Mong bridge and park area was heavily flooded, only about 20 cm from the historical mark in 2009.

The floodwaters rose rapidly, causing Tran Hung Dao Street ( Ayun Pa Ward) to be flooded with water levels of about 5080 cm, making it impossible for vehicles to pass. This is a route on National Highway 25 passing through Ayun Pa ward, separating this area from other communes along the main traffic route.
Due to the impact of storm No. 13, the water level of Ba River is rising. In the area of Ia Rmok bridge (connecting Bluk hamlet, Phu Tuc commune with Ia Dreh commune), the water rose strongly and flowed rapidly. The People's Committee of the commune recommends that people absolutely do not pass through this area to avoid danger.

In particular, people are advised not to go down to the river to fish, not to go to the riverbank to pick up firewood and pick up driftwood. At this time, the flow is complicated, the water is strong, and there is a high risk of landslides and drift.
Local forces in communes and wards are on duty, placing warning signs and organizing watchtowers. People are advised to be vigilant, monitor further announcements and proactively ensure safety for themselves and their families.
