The Department of Construction after the merger includes Director, Mr. Trinh Huy Trieu; 7 Deputy Directors including Mr. Phan Le Quang, Nguyen Hai Duc, Vu Thanh Binh, Nguyen Duc Trung, Pham Van Tuan, Lai The Khai and Dao Vu Viet. After the arrangement, Thanh Hoa province reduced 5 departments (due to merger), 1 public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee; 10 public service units under the departments; 35 departments and equivalents; 4 departments under special administrative organizations. For the district level, reduce 52 departments under 26 district-level People's Committees.

Compared to the staffing quota assigned in 2025, after the arrangement, the number of civil servants will decrease by 92 people, civil servants will decrease by 176 people (Thanh Hoa's civil service in 2025 is 3,489).
