On July 10, Vice Chairwoman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy and the working delegation surveyed the actual operations of the Public Administration Service Center; medical facilities, training facilities and People's Committee headquarters in Vinh Phong, Vinh Thuan, Vinh Binh communes.
The working group listened to the sharing from grassroots officials about innovations in operating methods, initial advantages and difficulties in handling administrative procedures and serving the people.
Through on-site inspection, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy acknowledged and commended the efforts and sense of responsibility of local Party committees and authorities. In a short time, facilities are still limited, the large amount of work has been operating according to the new model quite neatly, creating consensus and satisfaction of the people.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy requested localities to unite and unify internally; work with a proactive and responsible spirit. Each cadre, civil servant and public employee must understand the tasks they are doing and their responsibilities for each assigned work. Be proactive, creative, and speed up the progress of task implementation. Strengthen the responsibility of setting an example for leaders; create a truly comfortable and effective working space and environment.
To better carry out work, the Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee suggested that cadres, civil servants and public employees need to promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and information technology in performing their tasks. All instructions and orientations of commune leaders must aim at serving the people, ensuring the increasingly better life, material and spiritual needs of the people; so that the government can be implemented effectively, efficiently, modernly and friendly.
At the same time, continue to closely follow the province's instructions to develop and implement specific action plans and programs. Clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear product, clear authority. Do not shirk responsibility; strengthen state management in all areas: construction, land, environment...
Regarding the recommendations and proposals of the locality, the Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee said that the province supports the investment in facilities and equipment for the construction of the current 2-level local government. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with relevant sectors to synthesize the needs of local facilities to have a plan to arrange capital, prepare for investment, ensure compliance with legal regulations; take advantage of usable equipment and facilities to avoid waste.
Regarding information infrastructure, the Department of Science and Technology is assigned to support the locality. The Department of Home Affairs advised the Provincial People's Committee to guide the Public Administration Service Center to ensure unity and synchronization in 102 communes, wards, and special zones; guide the organization of the bus station management board, train station, market management board, etc.
