Simexco Daklak inaugurates pepper processing factory with a capacity of 4,500 tons/year

Dak Lak - Simexco Daklak has officially put into operation, operating a pasteurized pepper processing factory with a capacity of 4,500 tons/year.

On May 27, at Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Buon Ma Thuot city (Dak Lak province), Dak Lak 2/9 Import-Export Company Limited (Simexco Daklak) held the inauguration ceremony of the No. 2 pasteurization processing factory.

The event marks an important step forward in Simexco Daklak's development strategy. Thereby, in order to improve the quality of local pepper, meeting the increasing demand of the international market.

Mr. Thai Anh Tuan - General Director of Simexco Daklak said: "This is the leading modern pepper processing factory in the Central Highlands. Pepper processing factory with a capacity of 4,500 tons/year.

Thereby, increasing the total designed capacity of the two machine systems to 6,000 tons/year. The project uses modern technology, meeting SGS standard certification.

Thereby, ensuring a standard production process, meeting the technical requirements of the current import market.

According to Mr. Tuan, the unit is an enterprise of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee. This is a specific step to achieve the goal of making the unit a pillar company in the agricultural economy of the Central Highlands. At the same time, realizing the mission of sustainable development, creating prosperity for all partners in the value chain.

"The new factory will help the company ensure a stable supply for larger orders, expand the market and strengthen the position of Dak Lak pepper in particular and Vietnam in general on the world spice export map," Mr. Tuan added.

Immediately after the inauguration ceremony of the factory, Simexco Daklak exported a large shipment of pepper to foreign partners.
