On April 12, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province issued a document conveying the opinion of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the Department of Finance, requesting this Department to urgently bachelor's qualified professional, understanding legal knowledge to the Center for Service - Control of the Provincial Administrative Procedure (referred to the Public Administration Center) to work.
Accordingly, on April 1, the Department of Finance issued a dispatch on sending civil servants to work at the Center for Service - Control administrative procedures in Quang Ngai province. However, through reviewing the contents of the Provincial People's Committee's Office on personnel, the Department of Finance sent to the provincial public administrative center to perform the tasks of guiding, receiving documents, returning results to investors and businesses that do not guarantee the standards and capacity as prescribed.
Therefore, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province - requested the Department of Finance to urgently re-send personnel to ensure professional capacity, have knowledge of the law on investment and land, and have experience in consulting and supporting investors and businesses in accordance with regulations.
In order to ensure that the personnel of the Department of Finance is sent to work at the Center to meet the requirements, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted to comply with the request of the Provincial People's Committee Office on coordinating the consolidation of personnel and submitting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
Previously, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province issued an urgent dispatch to the departments of Home Affairs, Finance, Justice, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, requesting coordination to improve personnel sent to work at the Quang Ngai Provincial Administrative Procedure Control - Service Center, after the above departments merge, merge and transfer tasks.
The Provincial People's Committee Office requested the Department of Home Affairs to send 2 personnel; the Department of Justice to continue to maintain 1 personnel as currently available; the Department of Finance sent 2 personnel, including 1 person in charge of bidding, investment, and investment from ODA sources and 1 person in charge of business registration. The Department of Construction continues to maintain 2 personnel, and the Department of Agriculture and Environment continues to maintain 3 personnel as at present.
