Strengthening staff to support people
At the Quang Ngai Provincial Administrative Procedure Control Service Center in the first days of the new year At Ty 2025, the working atmosphere took place urgently and enthusiastically. Nearly 40 civil servants and public employees representing 20 agencies and units were present very early and on time, ready to start working to promptly resolve administrative procedures for people and businesses.
Mr. Nguyen Van Mat (residing in Pho Vinh commune, Duc Pho town, Quang Ngai province) shared: "On the first working day of the new year of At Ty 2025, I went to the Provincial Administrative Procedure Control Service Center to complete procedures for fishing vessels. The officials here gave enthusiastic instructions, so my work went very smoothly.”
In the first days of the new year of At Ty 2025, people go to the Center for Administrative Procedure Control of Quang Ngai province to complete procedures such as issuing and exchanging driver's licenses, issuing criminal records... The team of civil servants and public employees not only receives documents but also provides enthusiastic guidance so that people can easily and quickly carry out procedures.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai, Director of the Provincial Administrative Procedure Control Service Center, expressed: "The center is serious and punctual, with a spirit and attitude towards the people and businesses. We quickly received the documents and returned the results of the administrative procedure settlement. Without the view that at the beginning of the year, we will wish Tet and visit each other during office hours. On the morning of February 3, hundreds of people came to the driver's license renewal department, so the center had to send more staff to support and guide people to complete the procedures according to regulations".
Do not let work stagnate
The People's Committees of communes and wards in Quang Ngai City also quickly started working right after the 2025 traditional Tet holiday. In order to create an exciting atmosphere from the beginning of the year, Chanh Lo ward, Quang Ngai city did not charge fees when people came to do administrative procedures as a lucky gift at the beginning of the year.
Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy, residing in Chanh Lo ward, Quang Ngai city, shared: “From the beginning of the new year, the People's Committee of Chanh Lo ward has carried out very decent administrative procedures, creating an exciting atmosphere for people.”
According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, 2025 is of special importance, the final year of the term and the 5-year plan 2021 - 2025. Quang Ngai sets many goals to complete and exceed the tasks set out in the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress. To achieve the goals of 2025, departments, branches, sectors and localities have started working right from the first days after Tet, determined not to let their work stagnate or delay. In the immediate future, it is necessary to do a good job of recruiting troops in 2025.
"Districts, branches, units and localities need to strictly implement discipline, administrative discipline, practice standard and office culture. Improving the sense of responsibility, attitude and sense of service in performing public duties. Focus on implementing the work with a spirit of determination and effectiveness, ensuring progress and quality in handling administrative procedures,” Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang emphasized.
