Soc Trang - To avoid waste, Soc Trang province agreed to temporarily suspend 6 projects with a total capital of over 74.8 billion VND.

At the 33rd session (special session) of the 10th term of the People's Council of Soc Trang province, term 2021-2026, delegates voted to pass many important resolutions. Notably, regarding the adjustment of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025, capital sources under the management of local budgets.

According to the People's Committee of Soc Trang province, the Central Government has a policy of organizing the organizational structure of the political system. In the province, there are a number of projects when implemented, it is likely to be affected during the arrangement, to avoid wasting the provincial People's Committee to propose the provincial People's Council to suspend 6 lists with a total capital of more than 74.8 billion dong.

The projects include Cu Lao Dung District Cultural - Sports Center (36 billion VND); Long Phu District Cultural - Sports Center (over 14.6 billion VND); Long Phu Town Health Station, Long Phu District (5.5 billion VND); Cu Lao Dung Town Health Station, Cu Lao Dung District (5 billion VND); Chau Thanh Town Health Station, Chau Thanh District (5 billion VND) and Phu Loc Town Health Station, Thanh Tri District (over 7.6 billion VND).
