    Hai Phong - In the afternoon of April 25, the Traffic Safety Board informed about a serious accident that killed 2 people on the spot.

    The incident happened at about 7:45 am on April 25, on Mac Thai To street, Dong Hai ward. At this time, car 15H-073. xx driven by Mr. T.M. D (born in 1972, residing in Gia Vien ward, Hai Phong) heading from the Mac Thai To - Dinh Vu intersection towards the DEEPC Hai Phong II roundabout collided with motorbike 15B3-976. xx driven by Mr. T.V. T (born in 2005, residing in Phu Lien ward, Hai Phong) carrying a woman (identity unknown) traveling in the same direction behind. The collision killed two motorcyclists on the spot.

    Immediately after the accident occurred, functional forces quickly arrived at the scene, organized traffic diversion, traffic regulation and coordinated to handle the incident.

    Functional forces determined that the initial cause was that Mr. T. was driving a motorbike without paying attention to observation and not controlling the speed. Currently, functional agencies are continuing to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
