The first incident occurred at about 4:30 am on April 21 at km 55+350 National Highway 5 in Nam Dong ward. The motorbike driven by Mr. L.M. T (born in 1955, residing in Ha Bac commune) in the direction of Hai Phong - Hanoi collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. T.B. Q (born in 1972, residing in Ha Nam commune) traveling in the same direction. After the accident, Mr. T was run over by a truck (driver unknown) traveling in the direction of Hai Phong - Hanoi. As a result, Mr. T died, and the truck and driver left the scene.
At 8:45 am on the same day, at km 6+200 TL354, Tan Nam village, An Khanh commune, a serious traffic accident also occurred. At this time, a motorbike driven by Mr. N.V.L (born in 1962, residing in Kien Minh commune) heading Tien Lang - Kien An collided with a motorbike driven by child B.D. D (born in 2009, residing in Kien Hung commune) traveling in the same direction from behind. As a result, Mr. L was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. At about 10 pm on the same day, he died at home. After the collision, child D left the scene and at 2:30 pm on the same day, he came to Quang Trung Traffic Police Station to report.
The 3rd incident occurred at 6:40 pm at km 14+800 Bui Vien street (Hai An ward). A motorbike driven by Mr. N.D. T (born in 1999, residing in Kien Thuy commune) collided with a pedestrian, Ms. T.T. H (born in 1953, residing in Duong Kinh ward). After colliding with a pedestrian, the motorbike skidded on the road and continued to collide with a truck driven by Mr. L.H. Q (born in 1975, residing in Nam Sach commune) traveling in the same direction. As a result, Ms. H was injured, and at 9:25 pm, Ms. H died at the hospital.
On the same day, at 10 pm at km 23+400 National Highway 38, Dong Dong village, Cam Giang commune, a traffic accident occurred when a truck driven by Mr. L.V. K (born in 1998, residing in Son La province) in the direction of National Highway 5-Thuan Thanh collided with Ms. N.T. Q (born in 1951, residing in Cam Giang commune) who was walking across the road. As a result, Ms. Q suffered a traumatic brain injury. At 5:25 am on April 22, Ms. Q died at home.
