At about 9:30 am on February 22, at Km 576+300 on the Vung Ang - Bung expressway in Ky Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province, a collision occurred between vehicle license plate 38A - 469. xx with vehicle license plate 37H - 176. xx and vehicle license plate 61C - 575. xx.
The chain collision when all 3 cars were traveling in the same direction North - South caused damage to the vehicles, fortunately without causing casualties.
The accident caused local traffic congestion on the Vung Ang - Bung expressway, and functional forces had to divert traffic at the National Highway 12C intersection.
