Initial information, at around 6:00 p.m. on November 27, a collision occurred between a car and a motorbike at Km 624+900 National Highway 1A, through Quang Hung commune (Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province).
At that time, a car with license plate 73A-276.xx (driver unknown) collided with a motorbike with license plate 73C-92.xx driven by Mr. V.N.D (in Hung Loc village, Quang Hung commune) carrying his wife, Ms. P.T.T, traveling in the same direction.
After the collision, Mrs. T died on the spot, Mr. D was seriously injured and taken to the hospital. At the scene, the motorbike's rear end was damaged, and the car's front windshield was broken.
