In recent times, the work of handling administrative violations (VPHC) through the use of professional technical means and equipment has been vigorously implemented by the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police (CSGT) force, bringing high efficiency in ensuring traffic order and safety (TTATGT) in the city.
Through monitoring social networking sites, Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station, under the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department, discovered a case of a motorcyclist using his feet to push a car on National Highway 1. Using professional measures, Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station identified the motorcyclist who committed the above violation.
At Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station, the driver of the motorbike with license plate 59TA-151.xx named P.M.T (residing in Tien Giang) admitted: at around 1:30 p.m. on November 20, 2024, on National Highway 1, he drove the motorbike with license plate 59TA-151.xx and used his feet to push a car because he wanted to help push the car to the side of the road. Mr. P.M.T realized that his violation was a violation of the Road Traffic Law and complied with the penalties according to the law.
Tan Tuc Traffic Police Station has drawn up an administrative violation record against Mr. P.M.T according to Point k, Clause 3, Article 6, Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP dated December 30, 2019 of the Government; at the same time, temporarily detained Mr. P.M.T's motorcycle driving license according to the provisions of law.
