However, the driver did not comply and suddenly turned around and ran away. When the traffic police continued to approach and request to stop, the driver of the gas tank, threw an officer onto the hood and drove at high speed towards Van Phu - Dai Phuc commune.
After that, the working group deployed a chase and controlled the vehicle.
Through inspection, driver N.V.M violated at 0.356 mg/liter of breath. At the same time, this person did not comply with the order and resisted the person on duty.
