The accident occurred at around 6:30 a.m. on September 16 at km9+100 of National Highway 10 through Luu Kiem Ward, Hai Phong City. At this time, Mr. D.V.B (born in 1988, residing in Yen Tu, Quang Ninh) was driving a car from Quang Ninh to Hai Phong when he collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. N.V.D (born in 1974, residing in Luu Kiem Ward) in the same direction. As a result, Mr. D was seriously injured and died at 9:00 a.m. the same day. The initial cause was determined to be that the car driver did not pay attention and caused a traffic accident.
On the same day, at 6:15 p.m., a serious accident also occurred on Provincial Road 359 in Hoa Binh Ward. Mr. D.V.P (born in 2020, residing in Thien Huong ward, Hai Phong) was driving a motorbike from Minh Duc to Nui Deo and crashed into a truck going towards the branch road to Provincial Road 359. As a result, Mr. P died on the way to the emergency room. The authorities determined the preliminary cause was that Mr. P did not pay attention. At the time of the accident, it was raining heavily.
Currently, the authorities continue to investigate and handle the cases according to regulations.
