Initial information, the accident occurred at 6:15 a.m. on September 15 at km 61+400 National Highway 5, passing through Lai Khe commune, Hai Phong city.
At that time, a motorbike driven by Ms. N.T.H (born in 1967, residing in Bac An Phu commune, Hai Phong) traveling from Hai Phong to Hanoi collided with a car driven by Mr. P.M.Q (born in 1985, residing in Hung Yen province) parked on the right edge of the road.
As a result, Ms. H fell onto the road, colliding with a tractor-trailer driven by Mr. N.K.D (born in 1986, residing in Ngo Quyen Ward, Hai Phong City) traveling from Hai Phong to Hanoi and then continuing to collide with a motorbike driven by Mr. N.K.D (born in 1986, residing in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong).
The series of collisions caused Ms. H to die on the spot. The authorities determined that the initial cause was that Ms. H did not pay attention.
