At 10 am, congestion was recorded from the Thang Long Avenue intersection to Thanh Tri bridge, with a length of about 15km. Vehicles had to move very slowly, at times having to stand still for 5-7 minutes.

With the accumulated experience, before departing from Hanoi to return to his hometown, Mr. Thanh always had to check the traffic situation on the Google Maps application with the motto "avoid red roads, go to green places".
I chose to go to Ring Road 3 below (Pham Hung - Khuat Duy Tien - Nguyen Xien - Nghiem Xuan Yem) to avoid congestion. Today, at intersections such as Khuat Duy Tien - Nguyen Trai or Thang Long Avenue - Pham Hung, it is quite clear, not congested like usual" - Mr. Thanh said and said that according to this route, he only takes 25 minutes to enter Phap Van expressway, with a travel distance of about 11km.
Meanwhile, the Hanoi - Nghe An route passenger car with Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long (39 years old) as assistant driver still had to move inch by inch on the Ring Road 3 expressway at 10:30 am.
