When arriving, the employee contacted the delivery person and the recipient replied that the location and cost were unclear. After that, the man suddenly rushed up to attack the driver, dragged him onto the road, grabbed him on the knee and used his belt to repeatedly hit him, despite the efforts of many people.
The incident was filmed and posted on social networks, causing a stir in public opinion, many people expressed dissatisfaction with the hooliganism of the above guest.
According to a representative of Thach Thanh Bus Management Company (Vinh Phu Ward, Nghe An), the person who was beaten in the clip was Mr. B - the company's driver.
Vice Chairman of Tan Ky Commune People's Committee Le Viet Quy said that the person who assaulted her was identified as Nguyen Van Hoa (residing in Quy Hau village).
The commune police have invited relevant parties to work, temporarily detain the person who assaulted the driver, and at the same time prepare a report to Nghe An Provincial Police for handling according to the law.
