Accordingly, the accident occurred at about 2 pm on the same day, at Ba bridge at Km125+570 National Highway 217, passing through Ba village, Trung Ha commune.
Specifically, at the above time, Mr. Nguyen Xuan A. (born 1969, residing in Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province) was driving a truck carrying a tank of oil with license plate 36H-063. xx traveling in the direction from Thiet Ong commune to Quan Son commune.
When arriving at the Ba bridge area, the car suddenly lost its brakes at a steep pass road, then crashed into the bridge railing, causing the oil tank to break and oil to spill onto the road surface.
At this time, driver Nguyen Xuan A. was thrown out of the car and fell into the Ba stream. Although rescued and taken to the emergency room by people and functional forces, the victim died later.
Currently, the cause of the accident is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
