Accordingly, at 1:52 am on the same day, functional forces inspected and discovered driver H.T. V (48 years old, residing in An Giang province) driving a truck with license plate 51C-374. XX traveling on the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway when his breath alcohol concentration exceeded 0.25 mg to 0.4 mg/1 liter of breath.
Through inspection, the Traffic Police force also discovered that the vehicle driven by driver V had arbitrarily installed additional front lights, which was not in accordance with regulations.
For the above violations, the functional forces made a record of handling driver V with a fine of 20.5 million VND, deducted 10 points from the driver's license and temporarily seized the vehicle for 7 days.
