At the same time, the summary list of candidates for National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels is also transferred to residential groups to be distributed to each household.
In Cua Nam ward, Standing Vice Chairman of the Election Committee, Chairman of Cua Nam Ward People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Hoan informed that, up to now, the tasks and contents of coordination in implementing the compliance with legal regulations on elections in the ward are ensured to be implemented according to schedule and legal regulations. The situation in the ward ensures political security, social order and safety, and no complicated incidents related to it have arisen.

According to Mr. Tran The Cuong, for the 2026 - 2031 term, Hanoi continues to be one of the localities with the largest number of elected delegates in the country. The total number of voters in the area is 6,061,171 people.
Identifying this as a particularly important political task of the entire political system, the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Election Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City have focused on leading and directing with the spirit of "going one step ahead", proactively, urgently, synchronously, methodically and absolutely complying with the provisions of law.
Immediately after the Central Government issued directing documents, Hanoi City promptly established and consolidated the Steering Committee and Election Committees at all levels; developed and issued 186 leadership, direction, and implementation guidance documents. The plans are concretized according to the motto "clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear authority", ensuring that each stage, each step has a clear focal point responsible.
To improve the quality of election advocacy activities, on February 25, the City Election Commission organized a meeting with candidates for National Assembly deputies and City People's Council deputies for the 2026 - 2031 term. In parallel with that, the city continues to review, compile, update and list voters' lists, ensuring the voting rights of citizens, especially those working and studying far from their place of residence, elderly people, people with disabilities, and areas with special characteristics. The settlement of petitions, complaints, and denunciations related to elections is carried out seriously, promptly, and in accordance with legal procedures.
Along with the organization work, Mr. Tran The Cuong said that Hanoi City pays special attention to ensuring resources to serve the election. The city coordinates with the National Assembly Office to deploy the installation and operation of software to serve the election work, promote the application of information technology, digital transformation, and improve accuracy, transparency and management efficiency.
Propaganda work is widely and synchronously deployed from the city to the grassroots level. Digital platforms and social networks are effectively exploited to spread official information, orient public opinion, and promptly fight against wrong and distorted views related to elections. At the same time, security and safety assurance is identified as a key task.
