At about 11:30 am on March 6, according to reporters' records, the scene of the cargo ship collision with Ghenh bridge has been cleared by functional agencies, and vehicles have returned to traffic on the Dong Nai River, the section passing Ghenh bridge.
Previously, at about 10 am on March 6, a cargo ship collided with Ghenh bridge (Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province), causing panic among people riding motorbikes on the bridge (road bridge section), many motorbikes fell onto the road. Some injured victims were supported by people to be taken to the emergency room immediately afterwards.
A resident near the scene said he heard a very loud collision.
Currently, the cause of the incident is being verified and investigated by functional agencies to clarify.
