On July 15, Ship 950, Squadron 411, Brigade 955, Naval Region 4 brought fisherman Do Minh Vuong (born in 1983, from Tan Hai Commune, Da Nang) from Phan Vinh A Island to the mainland safely for further treatment.
Previously, at 9:00 a.m. on July 11, while on duty about 30 nautical miles from Phan Vinh A Island, Ship 950 received an emergency mobile order to the island to receive Mr. Vuong - a worker on the fishing boat QNa-9199TS captained by Mr. Bui Van Quoc, departing from Ky Ha fishing port, Da Nang on May 23.
During the work, Mr. Vuong suffered from urinary incontinence of unknown cause, expanding the rectal lining and was taken to the island for first aid.

After receiving the ship, officers and soldiers of Ship 950 took care of their health, encouraged their spirit, and ensured absolute safety throughout the journey.
When the ship docked, Colonel Do Van Son - representative of the 955 Brigade Commander - visited, encouraged and handed over the patient to his family. Mr. Vuong was transferred to Treatment Team 486 for further monitoring.
