The total estimated investment capital is over VND 80,000 billion.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut said that the project not only has the meaning of modern urban development, but also contributes to creating new growth momentum for the province in the coming period. The project is expected to form a smart, modern and livable urban appearance, and at the same time become one of the leading large-scale projects in Tay Ninh.

The location of the urban area is also considered strategic, as it is included in the planning of satellite cities of Ho Chi Minh City and connected by a synchronous infrastructure system including highways, national highways and inter-regional belt routes. This opens up a space for economic - urban development connecting the entire Southeast region.
Tay Ninh province is committed to accompanying and removing difficulties so that the project can be implemented on schedule. According to the plan, the basic infrastructure will be completed in 2027 and the entire urban area will be put into operation in 2030.

At the same time, Tay Ninh also started two other important projects including Provincial Road 827 connecting the inter-regional dynamic axis and Binh Hoa Nam Industrial Park of nearly 400 hectares. These projects are considered key projects, creating a foundation for Tay Ninh to break through, affirming its position in industrial and urban development in the Southern region.
