Tay Ninh fines cars for improperly stopping vehicles through reflections on VNeTraffic

Receiving feedback on traffic violations from the VNeTraffic application, Tay Ninh Traffic Police (CSGT) invited the driver to work and made a record of handling violations according to regulations.

On March 16, the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police said that it had verified and fined a case of a car stopping in violation of regulations after receiving feedback from people through the VNeTraffic application.

Through verification, on March 12, 2026, driver T.T. K. (born in 1999, residing in Hamlet 1, My Quy commune, Tay Ninh province) was invited to the police headquarters to work.

At the meeting, the driver determined that at about 10:54 am on March 10, 2026, while driving a 7-seater car on the inter-communal road in hamlet 5, My Quy commune, he stopped the car not close to the right side of the road in his direction.

Based on verification documents and the driver's statement, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 made a record of administrative violation for the above act according to the provisions of point d, clause 2, Article 6 of Decree No. 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 27, 2024 of the Government. The fine for this act is from 600,000 VND to 800,000 VND.

The Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police recommends that traffic participants strictly comply with the provisions of law on stopping and parking vehicles. At the same time, they said that traffic violation reports through the VNeTraffic application will be received, verified and handled promptly by functional forces according to the provisions of law.
