The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Department of Finance; the People's Committee of Luc Nam commune.
Accordingly, considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Luc Nam commune in the official dispatch dated October 17, 2025 on asking for opinions on the appraisal of the cost of implementing site clearance compensation (2nd time) for the project: Bac Giang Golf Course and Resort;
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Finance to confirm the amount of compensation, support, and resettlement deducted from land use fees and land rents payable in accordance with the provisions of the law on land and other relevant laws for the Bac Giang Golf and Resort Project in the two communes of Luc Nam and Bac Lung according to regulations. Completion time before December 10, 2025.
Previously, on September 12, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province issued a decision on changing the land use purpose and leasing 146,061.14 m2 of land to Truong An Luc Nam Golf Joint Stock Company to implement the Bac Giang Golf and Resort project.
It is known that the Bac Giang golf and resort project was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 838/QD-TTg dated June 15, 2020, with an area of about 140 hectares, located in 3 communes: Chu Dien, Kham Lang and Yen Son (now Luc Nam and Bac Lung communes).
The scale of the project includes the construction of a 36-hole golf course according to the criteria of an international golf course and other works. The total investment capital is about 740 billion VND, the operation period is 50 years, the project implementation progress is 36 months.
Regarding the above project, according to the reporter's investigation, in November 2024, the Chief Inspector of Bac Giang province (old) issued a decision to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the Bac Giang golf course and resort project. The inspection period is 45 days, from the date of announcement of the decision. The inspection team includes many departments and branches of Bac Giang province: Inspectorate, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction.
However, to date, the inspection conclusion has not been published in the press.
After the merger, Bac Ninh province is assessed to have great potential for developing real estate segments such as housing, urban areas, industrial parks, and golf courses.
