On July 14, according to information from the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, the province issued a decision on seconding civil servants, public employees, and workers to work at the People's Committee of Muong Lat commune and the People's Committee of Pu Nhi commune.
According to the decision, Thanh Hoa seconded a total of 15 civil servants, public employees, and workers of departments and branches to work in these two localities (of which Muong Lat Commune People's Committee: 7 people; Pu Nhi Commune People's Committee: 8 people) to carry out tasks related to the organization and operation of local government at 2 levels. The secondment period is 6 months, starting from July 14, 2025.
It is known that the seconded cadres are currently working in many fields such as information technology, construction infrastructure, agriculture, public administration, land administration, justice, etc. The secondment is to support localities in implementing management and operation smoothly, effectively and efficiently.
According to the decision, the People's Committees of Muong Lat and Pu Nhi communes are responsible for managing, assigning work, and arranging necessary conditions for civil servants, public employees, and workers to be seconded to perform their duties according to regulations.
In addition, localities must arrange accommodation for seconded cadres. Directors of departments and heads of sectors with civil servants, public employees, and workers sent on secondment are responsible for arranging means of transportation, paying for accommodation and living expenses, and fully implementing the regimes and policies for civil servants, public employees, and workers under their units according to regulations; at the same time, receiving and arranging appropriate work after the end of the secondment period.
