Accordingly, on October 12, Mr. Lai The Nguyen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended the groundbreaking ceremony and presented the plaque to support the construction of houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties according to Directive No. 22 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in Lang Chanh and Ba Thuoc districts. These are 2 of the localities in the province that started the construction of houses for poor households and policy households in the area on October 12, 2024.
In these two mountainous districts, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee directly presented a plaque to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in Lang Chanh district over 7 billion VND, and in Ba Thuoc district over 9 billion VND.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee also attended the groundbreaking ceremony and presented a plaque to support the construction of houses for Ms. Le Thi Phong's family in Phong Ban quarter; Mr. Luong Van Hao's family in Trung quarter, Lang Chanh town, Lang Chanh district; Mr. Le Van Thanh's family, Mr. Lo Van San's family, Ms. Lo Thi Et's family, Ha Thi Tuoi's family, and Mr. Lo Van Dong's family, all in To Le village, Van Nho commune (Ba Thuoc).
These are poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties. Each household is supported with 80 million VND to build a house from the fund of the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties according to Directive No. 22 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Speaking at the ceremonies, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lai The Nguyen stated: Implementing Directive No. 22 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, as well as the Prime Minister's call to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide, on October 12, the entire Thanh Hoa province launched a campaign to build houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties, demonstrating the spirit of humanity, compassion and affection towards the poor, policy households, especially those with housing difficulties.
Previously, on March 30, 2024, the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee issued Directive No. 22-CT/TU on the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the two years 2024 - 2025 with the goal of striving for at least 5,000 poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties to be supported to build and repair houses in the province by September 30, 2025, contributing practically to welcoming the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
