On September 16, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Dak Lak Provincial Police said that functional forces had just discovered a case of a car driver who had not been issued a driver's license but still drove a semi-trailer truck on National Highway 1.
Previously, at about 4:10 pm on September 15, at Km1311+500 National Highway 1, Patrol and Control Team No. 2 of Tuy An Traffic Police Station discovered a truck with license plate 77H-098. XX pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 77RM-020. XX. The vehicle traveling on the above route showed signs of speeding.
Through professional equipment inspection, the traffic police force determined that the vehicle was traveling at a speed of 61km/h in the maximum speed limit area of 50km/h, exceeding 11km/h compared to the allowed level.
During the inspection, the task force identified the vehicle driver as N.V.A (born 2008), who had not been issued a car driving license as prescribed.
The working group has made a record of administrative violations and temporarily seized the vehicle to serve the handling work. At the same time, functional forces continue to verify relevant organizations and individuals to clarify responsibilities and handle them according to the provisions of law.
The case is being further verified and handled by functional agencies.
