On March 25, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan chaired a dialogue with young people in 2025.
At the conference, many union members and young people expressed their opinions on issues of socio-economic development, reorganization of the political apparatus, extra teaching - learning, starting a business, supporting young people to reintegrate into the community, digital transformation and policies for discharged young people.
The representative of Dien Khanh District Youth Union expressed his hope that the province will have a support policy for young people after completing their military service. Meanwhile, the Cam Ranh City Youth Union proposed that the province should promote vocational training because the skills of young people are still low and do not meet the recruitment needs of local businesses.
Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union said that most of the discharged youth choose occupations such as driving, cooking, baking... Therefore, in the coming time, the Provincial Youth Union will coordinate with military units and local authorities to orient their careers earlier, as soon as the youth still serve in the army and police.
At the conference, leaders of departments, branches and sectors provided information and answered opinions on the policies of the Party, State and province in vocational training, supporting young people to access preferential loans, science and technology and the labor market.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan emphasized: "The opinions of youth union members are important information for departments and branches to identify the needs, concerns and thoughts of young people, thereby having appropriate solutions in state management work." He affirmed that the province will create all conditions for youth to develop comprehensively, contributing to the local economy - society, national defense - security.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested departments and branches to seriously absorb opinions and complete the content of responses to send to the delegation organization. At the same time, it is necessary to increase direct dialogue with young people to promptly receive recommendations, thereby improving the quality of management and operation.
