On March 25, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that it had directed the implementation of strengthening the Party's leadership in receiving citizens and handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections.
To improve the quality and effectiveness of citizen reception, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and sectors to enhance the role and responsibility of leaders in receiving citizens, dialogue with people and handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections.
Receive, accept, and handle complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections from citizens in accordance with regulations, deadlines, procedures, and procedures; promptly resolve the case right from the grassroots, understanding, reasonableness, not to let it go on hold, prolong, or file complaints beyond the level.
Strictly and promptly implement administrative judgments, decisions, and conclusions on handling complaints and denunciations that have come into legal effect by competent authorities; recommendations through the supervision of elected bodies, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
Chairman of Khanh Hoa province Nguyen Tan Tuan also directed the final settlement of complicated and prolonged complaints against the public, not allowing the formation of "hot spots" of security and order (especially cases related to land, environment, ethnicity, religion, investment, securities, corporate bonds, regimes, policies for workers...; complicated complaints and denunciations, public concern).
Strengthen supervision, inspection, and examination of the responsibilities of leaders in complying with Party regulations and State laws on citizen reception, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections; promptly detect and strictly handle violations in citizen reception, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections.
