On March 16, information from the Inspectorate of Nghe An province said that in 2026, this agency will conduct asset and income verification at 6 agencies and units including: Department of Culture and Tourism; Department of Health; Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Nghe An Infrastructure Investment and Development One Member Limited Liability Company; Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture One Member Limited Liability Company; Nghe An State Lottery One Member Limited Liability Company.
The total number of people included in the verification area in 2026 is 107 people. Among them, the Nghe An Department of Health has the largest number with 97 people. The remaining units include: Department of Culture and Tourism 6 people; Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion 1 person; Nghe An Infrastructure Investment and Development One Member Limited Company 1 person; Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture One Member Limited Company 1 person; Nghe An State Lottery One Member Limited Company 1 person.
The list of people included in the lottery for verification is compiled from the list of people who are obliged to declare assets and income annually sent by agencies and units to the Provincial Inspectorate according to regulations. The lottery results have received the consensus of supervisory agencies and representatives of relevant units.
According to the plan, the draw results are the basis for functional agencies to implement the next steps of the asset and income verification process. The verification content will focus on checking the truthfulness and completeness of the declaration, and at the same time clarifying the origin of assets and income of people who are obliged to declare.
Activities to verify assets and income are carried out periodically every year to strengthen the control of assets of people in positions and powers; thereby contributing to improving transparency in public service activities and preventing corruption and negativity.
