Hai Phong - The People's Committee of Duong Kinh Ward has just organized the demolition of illegal construction works in Hai Thanh 2 residential group.

The construction works violated land plot No. 05 on map sheet 52, next to house number 713, Pham Van Dong street in Hai Thanh 2 residential group, Duong Kinh ward.

The investor has constructed a project with a size of 3.6m x 10m, a project height of 3.5m, and constructed a steel frame with colored corrugated iron. The construction works encroach on the protection corridor of the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway.

The Ward People's Committee has prepared a record of the project handling and publicly posted 3 times the notice of request for self-dismantling the violating construction works, but the investor was not present to work and did not seriously comply with the self-dismantling of the works.
